What are the shipping costs?
For Italy it is free, if you buy for a minimum amount of euro 35,00 otherwise (euro 7,00), for Europe is free, if you buy for a minimum amount of euro 100,00 otherwise (euro 15,00) for Asia, Africa, Americas is free, if you buy for a minimum amount of euro 120,00 otherwise (euro 20,00), for Australia, Oceania is free, if you buy for a minimum amount of euro 130,00 otherwise (euro 25,00), for non-EU countries, customs duties are charged to the customer.
What are the payment methods?
Intimità Fornaciari offers you the opportunity to buy through the main payment circuits: Pay Pal, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, ecc.), Prepaid Credit Cards (PayPal ecc.) or Direct Bank transfer.
What are the shipping times?
The shipping times shown on the site are those shown in contracts with couriers Posta Celere, Bartolini, DHL Express. Intimità Fornaciari is not responsible for possible delays due to couriers mentioned above, or caused by certain periods of the year of greater demand. Shipment 2 to 5 days, from the date of arrival of the order.
Is it safe to buy online? Are my data protected?
Your data and purchase procedure is covered by a security protocol “SSL-128bit by Let’s Encrypt”, to ensure you always have maximum security in protecting your data.
What happens exactly after order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive immediate notice of confirmation, within 48 hours your order will be processed and delivered to our trusted courier, you will receive the shipping code that will allow you to track your purchase on your trip, within a few days your order will be delivered to the address you communicated.
Do I receive the receipt with the order?
Each order is accompanied by a regular tax receipt, as if you purchased in your trusted home shop.
